Chips on Ebay

Has anyone use or used one (UTP, G Box, Mind Blower, or Magnum)? Do they work and what do they do?

any chip off ebay is juck unless its name brand like superchips, bamachips, but those are going to be rare finds on ebay. those little resitor chips are juck
