While my truck is running, the horn works perfectly fine. But when shut off and let sit for a couple of minutes, the horn sounds like its losing power? If I set the alarm off it sounds like a horn under water. Ive checked the wires and they seem fine. Could this be the battery saver? Any help appreciated!
