Dash rattle when using cruise control

For awhile now there has been a very annoying rattling noise from the driver side dash area near the defroster vent or where the dash meets the windshield. It only happens when the cruise control is engaged and accelerating. If I turn cruise control off the noise immediately goes away.

Any ideas?

Figured I would ask here before I start tearing things apart!

Mine does it sometimes too. Sounds like mine is underneath the dash, near the bottom. I just turn the radio up more.

Accelerator pedal buzz. Vibrations are coming from the engine through the cable and rattling the plastic pedal arm. When you're using speed control, your foot is not there to quiet it down.

Where should I use zipties under the hood, around the cruise cable?

I already have done the "zip tie" mod to the gas pedal, but that doesn't fix it.
