Door Gets Stuck and Hard To Open

Door Gets Stuck and Hard To Open
When I go to open my driver's door, I pull on the handle and it feels like it is going to open but then it just doesn't open. I have to pull up on the handle and then like rip it towards me very hard and fast. Can anyone help?
