I got a 97 ranger...I am trying to install an alarm and power doors...from A1 electronics...the passenger door when you open it the dome light turn on...but now when I open the divers door it doesn't turn on...I was wondering where the sensor is for that...in the latching unit? door hinge?

 

I believe there in the door latch mechanism.

 

I still need some help...can't figure it out yet.
