How far do the rpm's drop when you put it in gear? It could be the IAC valve needs cleaning.

Whats amazin is that my truck tires are full of nitrogean and my heater is on full blast, but i still get chilly in july with the windows down. This might be partly due to my window washer fuild being low or that least thats what the guy at tires plus told me. this true?
