I've been looking at getting a pair of power mirrors with the puddle lights from an Explorer to replace my manual mirrors. I have seen two different styles of these- one where the puddle light is mounted out on the folding mirror housing, and another where the light is mounted on the stationary part that mounts to the door. During which years were the lights mounted near the door? Thanks!

how do you plan on converting to power mirrors?

 

i had a 2000 they had those mirrors. it was an eddie baeur i dont know if that makes a difference
