Front end clunking

Hi guys, got a recent issue with my ranger. It’s a 03 fx4 level 2 , 5 speed standard, 4.0, 4x4. Anywho over the past few days I have been getting a clunking noise in the front end when I let the clutch out. To me it sounds like the shaft that splines into the engine has play in it. When there’s no load on the engine I don’t hear anything however shortly after i left the clutch out before she starts to engage in gear I hear a deep clunk noise. Drives good and runs good. Changed gear box oil not long ago with synthetic mercon 5 as well. Has all new clutch , Slave, pilot bearing. Even has a new driveshaft.
any recommendations

That sounds like the slip joint in the driveshaft is not lubricated well. A new driveshaft should not have this problem but you might consider taking a look at that area.

I think i have sourced the sound, had a friend hop in and move the truck while i listened earlier. Found that the noise is actually coming from the rear end. I thought it sounded like gearbox area when in the cab. But anywho, i think i have a issue with one of my leaf springs. When i start to engage the engine ( start sending power to the wheels) the driver side leaf spring actually flexes a lot. Pretty sure its either a bad bushing or worn out leaf. I'm not overly familiar with leafs myself but i know it should take a bit of force to get them to flex, and mine seem to flex alot on one side with minimal torque applied.
