So alot of the issues have finally been diagnosed with fuel pressure being way too high. they are suppsoed to be around 60 psi for normal conditions etc. mine is 75psi at the rail, constent. WHY and How do i fix??

possibility. but involoves custom fittings etc id imagine. i was just goingt o pull a whole pump assembly from the JY this weekend, swap it and see if that helps

 

I dont know much about the fuel systems of these trucks. but it sounds like the factory one is not working properly.

 

only if you want an aftermarket or second regulator.

Stocker should be in-tank for your newer truck.

 

Top of factory spec for this powertrain combo is 73 psi. At 75 psi, that's not enough to be the root cause of the problems you're seeing. Yes, being on the high end of spec could aggravate other richness issues but it is not creating them.
