fuse box ID someone tell me what # 24&28 are

hey guys got a 98 splash, someone shorted the wireing out on the headlight switch, need to know what the fues in the box go to for numbers 24 and 28.

yep do that^^^ there should be a list of fuses and what they go to if you cant find it let me know i have the owners manual downloaded.
