Not sure I have all the symptoms
"when sets hard to crank", when it sits too long engine turns over slowly? or takes a few cranks before it starts?
"back fires while cranking", so fast start or slow start it always back fires?

'"and on hard acceration it ?boys? til cause it's starving for fuel when cold and I Rev up starts missing cause starving for fuel",
"but when warm run pretty good"
Cold engine needs to be CHOKED, computer does this when an engine is fuel injected, computer uses the ECT sensor to get engine temp, not a common failure but this sensor can fail

Looks like you have done alot on the IN side of the system

Check the OUT side now, the exhaust, reads like it might be partially blocked

Low fuel pressure?
30-40psi is expected in 1992(1986-1997)

What do you have?

1989 to 1994 2.3l Rangers were known to get failed ICMs(ignition control modules), its the spark module, on front of lower intake, can't be tested, even though some claim they can, lol
Some claim they can test an ignition coil as well, not possible, you would have better luck with Peace in the Middle East

But ICM(and coils) usually acts up when WARM, not COLD so long shot on that being the problem
