Dome light stuck on...HELP!

I've search for this problem on here and can't seem to find a fix. 1996 2.3 2wd 5spd XLT....The interior dome light is always on when the fuse is in. I have it pulled right now so it doesn't stay on all night and when I drive. Is there a known fix for this? Is it an easily accessible ground or something? HELP! lol, thanks everyone.

Did you check the dimmer switch? When you turn it all the way up it will click on the dome light.

If that doesn't work, try spraying the door latch with wd-40

It's a little late to slam my door lol, but I sprayed what I had, PB Blaster...in both door latches. I'll put the fuse back in tomorrow and slam them both a couple of times. Thanks for the tips...Ford tricked me, I was lookin ALL OVER for a damn switch.....thanks again. I'll keep this update if it works tomorrow.

Yeah, Ford sucked on this design. The "pin" is part of the latch. That's where the WD-40 comes into play to help free it up.

If you spray it every once in a while, like at oil changes it will prevent it from sticking. Mine used to do it all the time until I got on a schedule every oil change.
