Help with mustang dome light on 2007 lvl II

Hi there, I have been wiring in some additions to my truck and have successfully completed the following mods:

Cargo lights
Hardwire Sirius radio and iPhone
Fog light high beam mod

I just found a a nice black mustang dome light... however looking at the thread for this topic the wire it says to isolate and tap into the green/orange wire but it does not exist in my truck, I can't find it anywhere, at least not in the area behind the little panel.

Whats an alternate wire to tap?

hey man I can help ya...

you want to tap the white/red wire behind the headlight switch, make sure you pick the thicker wire, as the other wire (same color) will blow 3 fuses, ask me how I know, lol

Light posted is 95-04 Mustang, 99-current F250/F350, and I think I may have seen them in Windstars too. They were never found in Expos.

Really, that is where I got both of mine.
The 92 Explorer in my back yard has that light in it too.
I'll try to figure a way of posting a pic of it so you can see it is in an Exploder.

This is the 92 Explorer, I picked it up yesterday.
These lights are found in many Explorers. They also come with the style that came in my 02 Ranger, (which had 3 lights) that I replaced with one of these from an Explorer.

This is the one in my 86 B2, also from an Explorer. The one in my Ranger has a slightly different colored gray base, other than that, it is the same. Both from Explorers

I think you need to go look at some Explorer head liners.
