Help with troubleshooting starter problem 99ranger
Hi,
I have a 99 XLT 3.0 V6 Automatic. When I trun the ignition on, it just clicks and does not crank. I cheked the battery - ok, did try to Jump from my mini-van and also via a portable jumper - just clicks every time.
Can any tell how to locate the starter, solenoid etc. Can;t find any diagram, for this either. What is the best logical sequence of troubleshooting this.
Any help would be great.
