Icon4 Horn stopped working

A few months ago when driving around my horn sounded like it gave out and now doesn't work at all! When I go to press on the steering wheel you can hear it in the steering wheel ever so slightly but that's all.. how do I fix this?

2001 will have a Horn relay in the cab, it uses cab fuse box fuse 35, 15amp, check to see if fuse is OK
Relay is in "relay box 1" above gas pedal
Key off engine off and QUIET
Press horn button, do you hear a "click" from under the dash above gas pedal, if so relay and fuse are OK

Use a jumper wire from Battery Positive to Horn, unplug horn wire and touch 12volt wire to horn terminal, don't bang your head if it goes off, lol
If no horn sound then replace horn
You can try removing horn and cleaning its Ground points to rad support, bad grounding also prevents horn from working
