Did you try putting a wrench on it and hit the wrench with a hammer ?

Wrench with a loooong handle/pipe of some kind.

 

I got the driver side off by heating up the nut and surrounding area for about 45 seconds, then got it out with a large deep socket and 3' breaker bar. Did the same thing for the passenger side, and the weld broke that was holding the nut in place after about 3 turns. I have to have somebody come by and weld it back up for me.
