I need some help

I Have a 2001 Ranger XLT 2.3L DOHC 5speed manual, 2-wheel drive, 2 door, extended cab
Manufactured 04/01
The truck had the tailgate rear bumper and doghouse replaced early in its life. I don't know much about that.

I have installed the; OHC, auto dim mirror, lighted Mirror visors, A ECM computer out of a 2005, and a 2016-2.5L DOHC in this truck.
The cab has a plug for the foglight switch but no plugs at the bumper. No location for a foglight relay under the hood.
The truck has the recall wiring harness (w fuse) at the master-cylinder for cruse control, But no plug for the cruse actuator(WTF).
Big thanks to all at the different forums.

I plan to install; cruse, power windows & locks, heated power mirrors with led turn lights(LEDs) in the mirrors, foglights, convert the 3rd brake light to a LED brake/cargo/back-up light.
I also want to install headlight switch from a ford that has; auto, off, park, head, and pull for fog. I have the relays installed already.

So here is where I need help. The 2001 2.3L was a mid year production change. Very hard to find information on.
(1) I need a pinout for the GEM it has two 20 pin connectors one gray and one black , 8 pins that do not have a connector.
GEM #1L5T-14B205-AF A
(2) A pinout for the large connector that goes thru the firewall.
(3) The name/number or imfo on the black paint, on interior parts that has a rubbery texture/feel.
My public library does not have wiring diagrams.

Thank you.
