Hey lately I have experienced a loud knocking noise coming from under the truck when I accelerate heavily. I've heard it could be many things like a chipped tooth in the trany or bad u joints. Do any of you guys have any idea?

 

dumb question but have you checked your fluid levels?

 

So transmission fluids or what?

 

could be any number of things, from loose lugnuts to broken parts ..

 

Just check anything, when you check the tranny smell the dip stick and tell us if it smells burnt, check the U joints and could even be low on oil
