1989 ford bronco ii's apparently have a factory amplifier in them, does anyone know how to bypass this god forsaken thing? i've exhausted every search method i know and have come up with nothing. has anyone done it before or know anything about it?

thanks in advance,

drew.

Find the amp. "usually" it will have a inline plug right after it, you take that off and there will be a inline plug before it.. unplug the inline and "skip" the amp and plug those two together...

IF its the old style large 8 pin my Escort GT had those and it just bypasses the amp if you do that.. now my 1993 splash haha ya right it had the micro style pins and that goof *** little amp.. that involves alot of rewiring...
