Need help
Got a 2000 Ford ranger 2.5 can't stop power steering pump to stop Whining replace pump hoses pressure sensor and I just replace rack

Ford power steering pumps whine, always have
Very noisy beasts

You can use saginaw pumps much quieter, conversion here: https://www.therangerstation.com/Mag...ginaw_pump.htm

Your 2.5l is same as 2.3l engine mentioned in this article
