No Heat!

My 06 Ranger is COLD inside! I think the shaft on the blender door may be broken.there was never never any noise like something broke just one day no more heat. Eng. temp is normal. Anybody know a quick fix without pulling the interior apart? This lil truck is not allowed any down time...

More likely the actual actuator than the shaft. Ford improved the design in late late 90s.

I would unbolt the actuator (8mm bolts) and turn the temp **** and check for movement.
If it doesn't move then thats most likely your issue.
