Icon4 no parking lights or instrument cluster, fuse blown

Hello
I finally installed an aftermkt stereo/amp/sub box in my rig-
the stereo/subs work great. however my parking light fuse 15A keep blowing

when I turn on my parkin lights- stereo still works, fuse blows.
I've removed the new unit, replaced it with the old, I still have a problem-
I did use an aftermkt harness-
I've read a lot of posts which have "new stereo installed" and "parking lights don't work" so
there seems to be a connection.
I've already checked all my bulbs, *brake lights DO work* , unplugged the trailer connector, the lic plate light,
there HAS to be a connection with installing after mkt stereo and this fuse-
the only wires not used on the harness are the two orange dimmer wires and a black white stripe amp ground- as far as I know there is NO stock amp-
please help. I am ready to pour kerosene on it and watch it burn

I had a similar problem going from the stock 6-disc to an amped competition head unit. I couldn't figure out what the problem was, tried replacing the HL switch, which didn't help. Ended up taking it to the dealer, where the "repaired an open circuit" I had. Don't know exactly which it was without looking at the repair sheet and a wiring diagram.

I'm close to that myself- how much did the dealer charge? Best Buy is $40/hr

they fixed the problem for like 150ish. I put the stock 6-disc back in, and haven't messed with it. they tried to charge me over 200 to change the headlight switch, which i told them I already spent $18 on that and it didn't fix it.

I'd suspect a problem with the aftermarket harness. In the factory radio harness connector the Light Blue/Red wire is used to control the dimming function and is powered by fuse F1.33 (15amp) located in the BJB. This fuse also powers your dash illumination and parking lamps.
