Odometer Quit working

What would cause my odometer to quit tracking the miles? I filled up with gas yesterday, and hit the reset button for my miles (I always do this). About 6 miles later I noticed it hadn't moved, nor had my odometer. This morning I jiggled it and it went back to working for a few miles, then it quit again.

Any advice?

Thanks

I assume that you're talking about the resettable trip odo. If so, there's not much to it. You could pull the cluster and take a look - probably some tiny part in it is frapped. My guess is that they don't sell replacement parts for it so you might need to pay a visit to the boneyard.

I had the problem with the trip odo.. I didnt press the reset in far enough...
and it was stuck between 0 and .1 miles and wouldnt move until i reset it.
Not sure if the regular one was affected (dont see how it could be though)
