Passanger Door Panel Holding Water

Good morning y'all,
I have a 2003 Ford Ranger FX4. For about a year-ish (I know a long time to let it prolong) I have noticed my passenger door has been getting water inside the door panel during decent rain. I have to swing open the door and watch it flood out of the drain hole at the bottom after each storm. I have noticed lately the problem is getting way worse and it seems to be getting more water in the door. My passenger speaker has officially cut out now too (definitely from the water getting into the door). I was wondering if anyone might have an idea of where the water is getting in from? From what I've been reading, I think it is from the outer door window seal but when inspecting the seal, there are no real gaps from the window pane to the seal. I was curious if there is another spot on the outside where water could be coming into the door panel besides this outer window seal? It would make sense that the stripping is bad, even though I can't see anything major as the truck is 20 years old and I am sure with time the seal just goes bad. Would love someone's outside opinion. Thank you in advance!

In every vehicle ever made with windows in the doors the water always leaks into doors via the outside window strip, that's why there are drain holes, reads like some of your drains are plugged up, and you shouldn't have to open the door for it to drain
The water drains onto the rocker plate then out to street when door is closed, yours isn't doing that, so the water is building up inside the door

Open the door and lay down under it to see the drain holes, should be 2 or 3 holes, use a small screw driver to clear debris, I have drilled several new holes in the bottoms of doors to get better drainage

Okay sweet, will do!
As far as the water getting into the door after clearing the drains, is that normal, and how it is supposed to work? Or do you still think there might be a problem with the outer door window seal? Sorry, I really do not know anything about how this drainage system works from the doors, so I am not sure if it is supposed to drain into the door to the outside or not. Thank you for your help though!

All vehicles with windows in the doors will have water come in when it rains or when you wash it, totally normal
Water just runs out the drain holes, and it can run out faster that it can run in IF all the drain holes are clear
Your drain holes are plugged

You can pull off the door panel and clean out the inside bottom of the door, the drain holes are clogged for a reason, maybe add more holes
Most likely it is rusting from the inside out, which is bad, needs to dry out

Awesome!
Thank you so much for all the insight about this. I did just look at the bottom like you said, and after pulling out the rubber plug on the front of the door it was 100% clogged with stuff so I think that is the ticket. Thank you again for your help on this. Also, I believe you helped me out last year when I was having transmission problems and didn't know what to do; I am happy to report the new transmission is running amazingly so thank you for your help on that.
Enjoy the rest of your day!
