Hello there, first post to the forums. I have an 89 Ranger 4x2 2.3 5spd that since I have bought a month ago and it has had play in both the clutch and brake pedal assembly. I haven't found any posts with something remotely close to this issue. Pushing either pedal pushes the other back with it. Looking up under I have found that the shaft that the pedal and clutch turn on has a bushing on the clutch side that appears to have worn causing a lot of play. I have 2 questions about this
1) How hard is it to change out and how do I go about it?
2)What is the name or part number of this bushing? Listings online are really vague.
Here is a photo with the bushing in question circled red. I'd like to get this fixed over the labor day weekend break from college as my ranger is daily driver.
