Hello there. I am totally lost and was hoping Ranger Forums could help me. I am installing a Cobra 25 LTD CB Radio in my 2005 Ford Ranger Edge extended cab. I'm running into issues where the CB Radio I have is enormous and having trouble mounting it...basically anywhere. My question is, the area underneath my fan controls, the airbag / cubby hole piece of plastic...is that easily removable? I was thinking of removing that piece of plastic underneath my fan control area to try to be able to mount my CB Radio there.
