rampage line of fire

i bought one of these about 7 months ago and it lasted a while then winter set in and snow mud and water got into the light and fried it out, so after arguing with the company for a while i got a brand new one it has been sitting in my garage for a while now and I'm to afraid to put it on until i try sealing it up some more i know the crap got in right were the wires enter the led tube, the dealer told me they tried using silicone and cocking and expanding foam before but it had no affect and water still got in has anyone found a solution to this problem.

Silicone is the only thing I can think of. Seems like a poor design if that is what the problem was.

I had an issue with mine last winter with corrosion so I got a new plug and rewired it. I then used some di-electric grease on the prongs and electrical taped the $hit out of it. So far so good.

Edit: Now that I re read your post I realized we are talking about two different issues lol. My bad.

maybe if i just lay in all over with the silicone cause it doesn't make sense silicone should seal the end were the wires go through so maybe theirs another hole
