ok original owner of my 2006 ranger just mailed me a second remote for my ranger the first one he gave me is for auto start and the second one works perfect to unlock the doors , my question is I have two other identical remotes from my 2004 Mazda which is now a write off can I re-program those other 2 for my ranger and how to do it ,thx

 

there is a procedure in your owners manual. You'll need to reprogram them all together. Ok my 99 it's basically turn the key on and off 8 times stopping in the on position. Then click lock and unlock on each remote. They'll each lock and unlock the door. When you're done turn the truck off. The doors will lock and unlock on there own if it was successful
