This is the Diode configuration you need to stop the false alarming.

The GEM is behind the radio on the left side. Here's a pic from Mr. Griggs CD:



It doesnt really have GEM on it.

or they can hook your door triggers up to your domelight then just make sure you turn off the dome light delay option on the alarm

I"m about to go out and run my horn wire. should i just run the wire straight to the positive for my horn switch? and just splice it in there?

Yup... Tap the positive side of the solenoid then run it to your alarm. Cake!

well, that def. didn't work.

my alarm book says it's a negative pulse and that I need a relay. So I guess I'm off to go get a relay

anyone know what kind of relay i'd need?
