how difficult is it to remove the dash out of a newer ranger?
i am taking my truck to get caged in 2 weeks and its cheaper if i pull the dash first and just let the guy notch it and install it back for me.

can i easily remove the passenger air bag? are they worth anything? with a cage and 5pt harness seats a air bag wont do anything for me ha

 

I would say It is pretty easy I would kind of strip it down a little then there are a couple bolts up by the bottom of the windshield and down by the kick panels.

 

if anything ill probably just pull the pieces around the gauges, under the steering wheel, radio bezel and glove box and just pay a tad bit more so i dont loose any bolts ha

 

Yes, an airbag is worth some cash.

 

are they legal to sell? or is it like seatbelts and you cant sell the female part of a factory seatbelt?

 

Dont take my word on this, but I believe they ARE legal to sell. I've seen a few for sell on here before.

 

just disconnect the battery and let it sit for 10 minutes then you can disconnect the air bags. be careful

 

Yes, you can legally sell air bags. They are for sale on eBay all the time.
