I have a 2011 Ranger sport that I bought as salvage. Had to replace the frame as well of major body work. Had to replace the smart panel as it was destroyed by the collision. Now it is together and after chasing down a number of electrical issues. I am down to the tach and speedometer. Both are operating low. With the scan tool indicating 2000 rpm, the tach is reading about 900-950 rpm. Speedometer is reading equally lo. Everything else in the cluster is ok. Anybody have experience with this.
