Icon4 Snapped bolt in transmission tips on getting out

Hey guys so was torqueing down the bolts on my tranny and I guess after 25 years the bolts arnt the best anymore well i snapped it on the right side luckly its in a spot where the bolt comes out on the other side the full head broke in it and some of it is sticking out the other side of the tranny just not enough for me to grab onto with anything do you think i should run another screw through and see if it helps take it out on the other side any tips appriciated thanks guys

Get a REVERSE drill bit smaller than bolt size, then use reversing drill, it will just unscrew as it bites into the bolt
You will just bugger up the threads on the exposed side if you try to remove it that way

If you think the bolt can pass thru all the way and come out the other side then you can try a regular drill bit and drill, it will screw it in as it bites sending it out the other side
