spark plugs and spark plug wires

What is the best spark plug and wires you can get for my 2008 ford ranger 4 cyclinder, 2 wheel drive?

Motorcraft(SP-439-A) or Autolite are best for Fords

And just FYI, the spark plug gap for the 2008 2.3l 4cyl Ranger should be 0.044, do NOT use emissions label gap or any shop manual gaps, 0.044

What is the difference between the ones you said and these higher end ones? Other than one is $7 and the other is $12.00

I would guess it the miles rating, double platinum can last twice as long
