03 Ranger Edge, Need help A.S.A.P.

ok, brand new brake job, all around, but rear brakes stick on one side, i've heard one explination that a rear rubber line has internally collapsed and must be replaced, any other theories??

Bad wheel cylinder, weak springs.

Broken or missing spring. The rear brakes on your truck are "drum" brakes. The retraction is done only by the springs that connect each shoe. I'd pull the wheels off, remove the drums, and take a picture. Post it here and we might be able to see the problem.
