Starting after driving issue 99 3.0L

I have a 99 3.0L and have an issue where it will turn over normally the first time and drive with no issues but once I drive it about to work ( about a 20-30 min commute) it will not turn over after turning it off. Just clicking like it’s a weak battery. It I jump it off another vehicle, it turns over fine again. I have replaced the battery, alternator and starter. As well as check/replaced the ground wire attached to the front subframe.

any help would be appreciated.

If you attached jumper cables to the outside of the battery cables at the battery and engine started then the problem would have to be the inside of the battery cables and their connection to battery terminals
Or the battery itself

That's the only two options

Yes, the clicking means the battery cables, BOTH of them, can not pass the 60amps needed to turn the engine over
If jumping works then the cables themselves can pass the 60amps, but cables can not get the 60amps from vehicles battery at that time

Thank you very much! That’s where I was pointing at for my last trouble shooting step so it’s good to hear it from someone with expertise!
