STEREO Console

Has any body replaced there stereo with a combined cd, stereo, bluetooth with GPS, 6 or 7 inch display. Looking to put one in. Seen some advertised for around $110.00

Yes. In other vehicles though, not (to date) in a Ranger. Have installed double DIN units in a Ranger though, so feel free to ask whatever questions you have.
