Thermostat housing inlets?

I have a 2000 ranger 3.0 I need help with a part name I've searched and searched with no luck. On the thermostat housing there are 2 hoses that connect to 2 inlets. Both of mine have completely corroded and are just pouring coolant out of them. I need the name of the inlets. One has a sensor on it (not sure if that helps) any help is very appreciated

Is that correct?

One with the sensor is this part number F77Z-18599-AA

I didn't see a part number for the other one
