Hey guys and gals. First post. I've seen people have issues with the third break light coming on with the ignition on but I'm having a different problem with mine. Mine comes on when I turn the headlights on. I haven't checked any wiring on the break pedal since I have a feeling the problem could lie elsewhere. Any thoughts?

Also, recently I have noticed that when I shut my truck off, sometimes the reverse lights will turn on very dimly. When I put it in reverse with the the engine off the lights turn off. And they work normally when the engine is running.

I've also had intermittent issues with very high idle but I'll post that in another section. Thanks!

 

Thing like this are usually a bad ground. Do you have the same issue when you just put the parking lights on.

 

Are you using regular bulbs or LED ?
