Upper Radiator hose collapses under throttle?

Title says it all my upper radiator hose collapses on it self when i have the gas pedal pressed and the more i press the pedal the more it collapses! Truck has plenty of coolant and i noticed it runs cooler when idling obviously because its not under throttle but what would cause this?

I'm betting it's not.
He has an air bubble in the top of the engine, a thermostat stuck closed, and weak radiator hoses.
