Icon5 vent issues

alrighty, so im havin some issues with my vents... basicly i have all functions on the heat and fan speed... also my ac works in both positions. my vent selction does not, every thing comes out the defrost. i tore through as much dash as i could(center section) to get to the vaccum lines and the switch itself. all seemed to be intact. fuses seemed ok as well

not sure if anyone has ran into this. but hey shoot some ideas

oh its on a 02xlt with a 4.0 ex cab

thanks

One line from the engine to the ball, the other runs into the heater selector.

You can see the line running into the truck in this pic. Second is the ball/football on my truck.

The grey line runs up to the heater bypass.

Both mine are the same color hoses I do believe. I was messing alot with them the past week or so. One end goes into the heater crap. The other end loops around the back of the intake and into a central vacuum 'cluster' on the driverside of the intake manifold.

Why are you missing inner fenders?
