High all.

I've got a Ranger project truck, a 2003 3.0L with 40 Ford Pkup cab and front sheetmetal. I've driven it for about a year and this winter I've been trying to finish it, to include Cruise Control.

The Ranger I used was a base model, has AC, but no Cruise. I've purchased a Servo assembly and cable from a 2002 4.0L but my wiring harness wasn't set up for Cruise so I've got to create my own harness and control switch assembly (I have a wiring manual).

Here is what I need help with:

- I understand that I'll have to use resistors to ensure that the correct load is on the lines for the various functions. I have a Rosta universal control switch that is normall open.. I believe that is what is required (can anyone verify my assumtions?).. .

- Does anyone know if the 4.0L servo cable can be modified to work on the 3.0L engine I have? If so, please send "how to modifiy" to me.
