You should have the biggest Ranger tank. Being a extended cab 4.0. I believe its a 26 gallon. Not sure what capacity you are thinking of going to next.

19.5 is the largest.

I think Ryan is right, being a 4.0 Extended cab you should have a 19.5.. but I could be wrong...

Your not looking in the right place then?

http://www.kartek.com/products/all/fuel/fuel.htm

Jazz, Fuel Safe, and several others have cells up to 70gallons.

You prolly aren't totally emptying your tank when you refill, and it just seems like you have less.

You cant judge it by how much you fill up with. When my check gauge light goes on and I fill up I only put 15-16 gallons in.

^^^same here. When on empty, i have never been able to put more than around 15 gallons in the tank. I must have the 16.5 gallon tank or something like that.

thers the site with the tank sizes on it...

its hard to tell because either your gas gage is way off or you guys actually have a 16.5 gl tank for some reason....

Nah, the most I have ever put it was 17.65 gallons (I keep a running chart). I wish the gauge was more accurate, because I'll go another 30 miles after the light goes on and feel like I'm pushing it, only to find out I have 2 gallons left.

Hey, all extened cabs are 19.5 and regular cab long boxes are also 19.5. Only standard cab standard box are 16. When you are on empty and your light goes on, there is at least a few gallons left. Remember a while ago, people post how much was left when light goes on, it varied a lot.
