Wiring for 03 dome light

Does any know which colors are for what on an 03 for the dome light? The reapir manual I have has the most crap diagrams Ive ever seen, and they dont even mention the dome light at all. And on teh subject does any one know how to get the cover off on an 03 ext cab? The way it says in the manual doesnt work at all. I mainly just need to know which one the hot is to hardwire more lights into.

The power feed for the dome light should be a Black wire with Light Blue Stripe.
