So my passenger linkage broke free from the main linkage and is no longer working. I need to get under the cowl or something and yet I can’t seem to figure out how to get it loose. I don’t care if I have to weld and cut to get it off and on. I just need a good starting point.

There are access panels in the firewall that come off to get at the wiper arms and drives

In 1995 I think you need to pull out the computer and then its case to get at the passenger side wiper drive

 

Seems simple enough. Thank you. Now I have to find the part. Which apparently you can’t buy anymore from parts stores nor dealerships

 

Yes, LMC doesn't even have them, probably a junk yard find, try car-part.com
