2004 odometer swap

I just bought a Level II gauge cluster out an 04 Auto Ranger with 90K on it. My truck is a manual with 66K on it. I've managed to get the PRND21 shift indicator out but now I need to know how to get the odometer out. I hope it doesn't involve removing the needles as its going to be a PITA to get them back in the right spot since I don't have any scan device. Does anyone have any idea how to swap the odometer on the 2004+'s.

actually, its really easy. Search, and view my videos and my posts. You will find more information on what you need. I have multiple videos on how to work on, take apart and recalibrate the 2004+s.

I'll have to take a look. I got the cluster apart and see that it appears that there is no swapping of just the odometers. I've thought about seeing if the local gauge cluster place will just reprogram it for me, or I have a buddy that works at a dealership and see if they'll do it. I don't like the idea of recalibrating the gauges with out some good tools on hand. I will take a look at your stuff and see what you've come up with.
