97 Ranger console/arm rest

Ok, my rangers console/arm rest is pretty much gone. Its not connected to the seat like they're suppose to be anymore. Is there a way i can replace that? Or what should i do? I'd like to have a console again. Its the stock one that comes with the truck. Any ideas?

Hmm....Is there a way i could just go to a junkyard and find another console and bolt it back on?? That seems like a cool mod, but a little much for me right at the moment. Thank you for posting that.

I'd like to know exactly how the arm rest unbolts...do you have to take the plastic insert out first? I'm in the process of doing the 60/40 mod. I'm making a custom center console/sub box so I can have some room behind the passenger seat.

all done...took me about 6 hours all together and that was building the console, carpeting it and hacking apart the seat lol. Looks good and i now have room for the passenger and the sound system sounds much better.

Is it possible just to buy another arm rest/console and bolt it in?? Or would you need a new seat?
