I need to install these j-seats in my '05 x-cab Ranger. Perfect for the two pre-teens. There is a hinderance I have to deal with so I hope someone can help me. On the passenger side there is a bracket that holds the bottle jack. I'm sure this bracket needs to be removed because I trial fitted the seat and its bracket interfered with the bottle jack bracket. How is this bottle jack bracket removed? It seems to be attached only along one side.

 

Not sure what the problem is. The jump seats dropped right into my 2000 xcab Ranger. And the bottle jack is right under the passenger side jump seat.
