Interior Stickers

Is there ANY possible way to remove the stickers on the visors? They look ugly and I hate looking at them. Anyone ever remove them or should i just suck it up and have them recovered in fabric one day?

nope those annoying things are like permabonded to the fabric. also, depending on the year, some are stickers and some are actually painted directly onto the visor. i tried removing mine and just jacked up the visors... solution? i had em reupholstered :o) $35 per visor, plus fabric.

take both off and reverse them.. that way the stickers are facing up (except when you pull them down for sun glare).

That'd work, except the passenger side has a mirror on the other side, then it would be facing down on the drivers side, and any chick that you drive around may get mad that there is no mirror on their side.

I removed three of them. The rollover warning came off cleanly but the two seat belt warning labels appeared to be installed by some sort of heat bonding process that left the nap on the the material underneath flattened and discolored. It looks worse than the labels did and I would recommend against trying it.

You could just make your own, it's not that hard. Or just cover up the text portion and re-type it.

At places like Walmart you can buy an organizer that fits over the visor, usually with a couple straps. Its about the width of the average visor and a bit shorter. It has 2 or more pockets with zippers or velcro closures. You store flat things like maps, papers, sunglasses, matches, etc. in them. Get one for each visor. They'll cover up the stickers and are handy for storing things. They don't cost much.

I dont know. I either plan on adding mirrors with lights from a ford Taurus to the visors, or adding T.V. monitors one day. I thought if those stickers would come off I would take them off. But I looked at that no bra's Ranger sticker and thought they would look nice.
