dash cluster making buzzing noise

i have a 99 ranger and my dash cluster sucks it makes a buzzing noise all the time does any body know why
i have taken it out a couple of times and cleaned it and it helps but not for long

i have a 99 ranger and it does the exact same thing! can never figure it out, but everything still works fine....

My 2000 ranger does this as well. It's been doing it for years off and on. I just hit it with a "big hammer" and it goes away! lol
