Driver Window Goes up about 90% and starts clicking
My driver side window rolls down fine and up fine until it gets to the last inch / half inch from the top, It seems it is able to be moved alot more than it should and if i push the window all the way up with my hand it will slowly fall back down that one inch from the top and stop, I think its too far off to one side and is hitting the sides, I wish i could have it completely sealed because the hurricanes and rain around here always get some water on my door panel. Also for security. havent been in the door panel yet but will soon.
If anyone has an ideas please let me know, about to do my tint so i probably need to fix this first.

Fix?
I had a similar problem on my 99 ranger. If you take the door apart and look in there with a phone camera you might be able to see the problem. There are many YouTube videos and it only takes a screwdriver.
I had lost the teeth on the gear of the arm that raises and lowers the window. I replaced the whole unit for 60 bucks and it only took me an hour and a half to drill out the rivots and bolt in the new unit. My only complaint is my driver's side rolls up faster than my passenger side now haha
